The Calderon family name has been synonymous with gourmet cuisine. Our family team is comprised of creative members whose backgrounds consist of more than 150 years of restaurant experience. This experience includes Mexican, American and Continental Cuisine throughout the United States and Mexico.

Taco Mesa offers up-scale Daily Specials inspired by our Chefs as well as a “Party Platter Menu” for large groups. This menu includes meals that travel well and are hot, ready to eat or cold for re-heating.
